  • License management for Specialized Information (technical information products), including license negotiations, license administration and license optimization
  • Procurement of Specialized Information products incl. research, comparison of offers, ordering, invoicing
  • Library-specific activities incl. subscription management for printed and digital media
  • Technical support for Specialized Information products
  • Participation in projects to optimize license management
Job Requirements
  • Librarian, business IT specialist, qualified professional in a commercial occupation or comparable qualification or many years of corresponding professional experience
  • Knowledge / experience in license management and copyright law
  • Database knowledge, IT knowledge
  • Business management knowledge / experience (procurement, data analysis)
  • Knowledge / experience in library management
  • Good knowledge of German or English - daily use
  • Strong customer/service orientation
  • Cost awareness
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Ability to work in a team; resilience; flexibility
