- Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure and operations projects on time and within budget
- Define scope, set KPIs, manage risks, and provide regular progress reports
- Align project demand with team capacity (skills, availability, etc.)
- Identify and address inefficiencies in IT processes
- Collaborate with international teams and coordinate strategy-related projects
- Oversee budgets and adjust schedules as needed
- 3+ years of professional experience in a comparable position in IT environment
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to identify and address gaps in IT operations and improve process efficiency
- Experience with MS Office 365 tools, especially MS Planner and MS Project
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); sprint planning experience is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
- Knowledge of lean production methods and 5S methodology
- Experience working in or managing IT projects in manufacturing or plant environments
- JIRA knowledge is an added advantage
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- German is a strong advantage
