- Develop Channel Partner strategies to drive growth and responsible for the daily management to monitor the performance, achieving the designated sales target.
- Implement the channel strategy to our channel partner sales organization based on HGM leadership alignment.
- Collaborate with country and their channel partners, strengthening their salesforce to grow the business and to gain market share by driving channel partner strategy.
- Work with HGM marketing and our country channel partner commercial leader to create the process for lead creation and nurturing to increase our funnel.
- Work with country to assess, clarify and validates channel partner needs such as sales training, marketing collaborations, product knowledge transfers, sales tools etc to support growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales with demonstrated success in working with distribution partners in clinical diagnostics industry; preferably with MNC.
- Strong understanding of channel partner management strategies, sales processes, and business development.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Regional experience preferred.
- Able to work well and collaboratively with stakeholders from different backgrounds, cultures, and countries, including cross functional colleagues to ensure alignment of initiatives/projects across functions, teams, and countries.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent presentation abilities
