DescriptionAs a Central Operations Associate you will play a critical role within Workforce Staffing Centralized Operations (WFS CO) to help candidates move through the hiring process.   • Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality
  • Ensure productivity is maximized through training activities, upskilling sessions and active participation in workshops
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard
  • Ensure that you remain customer obsessed
  • Identify and help implement process-related improvement
Basic Qualifications- - Excellent English skills in both speaking and writing Knowledge of all MS Office tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications- - Bachelor's degree German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish language skills are a plus Experience in customer service, or multi-location HR support Ability to analyze data, Driving a positive team environment and collaboration Flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
