- Conduct product presentations and online meetings
- Activate and reactivate customer base
- Use AI tools for lead sourcing, qualification, and warming
- Maintain personalized multichannel communication (email, messengers, meetings)
- Work with CRM and sales funnel analytics
- Prepare commercial offers and presentations
- Participate in hypothesis testing and process improvements
- Generate ideas to improve customer journey
- Travel for business trips when required
- Sales background preferred (B2B experience is a plus)
- Experience in cold/warm sales, telemarketing, objection handling is an advantage
- Fluent Russian / English B2+
- Motivated, energetic, communicative, ambitious
- Fast learner, ready to enter the iGaming industry
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with B2B IT / software products
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
- EU residence permit / passport
