  • Local brand building.
  • Active participation in the creation of marketing communication.
  • Implementation of communication across media and other channels (ATL, BTL, digital, PR, sponsorship, etc.).
  • Participation in the development and execution of the long-term brand strategy.
  • Creation of annual brand plans aligned with portfolio strategies and company strategies.
  • Managing the assigned product portfolio.
  • Coordinating multiple agencies in areas such as advertising, asset production, sales support, sponsorship, and events.
  • Handling relationships and processes with other departments.
  • Managing the brand budget.
  • Leading and developing subordinates.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
  • At least 4 years of experience in brand marketing within FMCG sector, working with global or strong local brands.
  • Experience with marketing in its full scope and complexity, incl. orientation in related disciplines (research, media, sponsorship, advertising, publicity).
  • Ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of relationship management.
  • Good analytical and financial skills relevant to brand marketing.
  • Czech language knowledge.
  • Fluent English.
  • Driving license group B, active driver.
