Support SMB clients via chat, email, and phone
Assist with digital advertising campaigns and platform usage
Provide pre- and post-sales support
Troubleshoot technical issues (ads delivery, platform bugs)
Identify growth opportunities and optimize client performance
Share product feedback with internal teams

Requirements

Russian (C2) and English (C1+)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-first mindset with empathy
Ability to manage and de-escalate complex situations
Basic computer skills (advanced skills are a plus)
