- Spanish (C1–C2) and English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience involving client calls
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Results-driven mindset with commercial awareness
- Manage inbound sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients
- Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Guide clients through solutions and maximize product usage
- Achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets
- Monthly: €1,560 gross + uncapped quarterly bonus
- Annual: €21,840 – €30,000+ gross (14 salaries + uncapped bonus potential)
