  • Engage with clients to identify AI opportunities and shape use cases.
  • Assess feasibility, build business cases, and support proposals.
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans and delivery strategies.
  • Bring strategic, creative thinking to uncover new AI applications.
Solution Design & Delivery Ownership
  • Co-design solution architectures and guide projects from concept to production.
  • Gather requirements, define user journeys, design prompts/data, and plan feedback.
  • Bridge technical and business teams, ensuring alignment and responsible AI practices.
Post-Deployment Consulting
  • Drive adoption, measure impact, and advise on optimization and scaling.
  • Train users, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement.
  • Capture insights for product development and identify new business opportunities.
Skills & Traits:
  • Business Fluency: Quickly understand various industries and manage client expectations.
  • Technical Literacy (but not deep engineering): Grasp ML/AI architectures and tools; can prototype and discuss solutions, but not required to code end-to-end.
  • Communication Mastery: Tailor technical and business messages to any audience; skilled in clear written and visual communication.
  • Outcome Orientation: Prioritize practical results and MVPs, making pragmatic decisions on scope, timing, and resources.
Ideal Profile:
  • Have 2-5+ years in AI consulting, delivery, or project management.
  • Bring experience in client consulting or AI/ML product delivery.
  • Enjoy both shaping strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Succeed in hybrid settings – from boardrooms to Miro boards to technical reviews.
  • Czech language is a plus.
