- Act as a learning partner for business and P&O stakeholders, translating business needs into effective learning solutions.
- Consult on the most suitable learning approach (e.g. reuse vs. build, digital vs. blended, scalable vs. bespoke solutions).
- Shape discovery learning paths and learning concepts aligned to target groups, business goals, and skill requirements.
- Define success criteria and KPIs together with stakeholders.
- Own end to end delivery of learning projects: scoping, planning, execution, rollout, and closure.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate internal contributors and external vendors; manage T&M and fixed price scopes when applicable.
- Drive rollout, communication, and change activities to ensure adoption and impact.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Siemens brand and quality standards
- Safeguard learner experience, accessibility, and content quality
- Define and track learning KPIs (enrollment, completion, satisfaction, impact)
- Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders
- 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, learning consulting, project management, or a comparable role.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international or matrix environment is a plus.
- Strong consulting and needs analysis skills with a business oriented mindset.
- Solid project management fundamentals (planning, risk management, stakeholder management, vendor coordination).
- Ability to design pragmatic, learner centric learning solutions.
- Data affinity: defining KPIs, interpreting results, basic budgeting and cost awareness.
- Experience with MS 365 (Teams, Planner, SharePoint); familiarity with learning platforms is an advantage (e.g. MLW).
- Experience with conceptual or visual collaboration tools (e.g. Conceptboard) is a plus.
- Agile or hybrid project experience is an advantage.
- Very good English (written and spoken).
- German is a plus, especially for DE related rollouts and works council contexts.
- Structured and reliable delivery mindset with strong ownership.
- Empathy for learners and client needs.
- Confident, clear communicator across seniority levels.
- Proactive, solution oriented, and continuously improving.
