- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach via phone and email.
- Communicate clearly the advantages of our client’s offerings, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- A background in sales or customer service is preferred, though not strictly necessary.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Self-driven and able to work independently, thriving in a remote environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria is preferred but not mandatory.
