- Get ready for high-impact projects, as our mission is to help businesses of all sizes worldwide harness the power of AI, spanning from startups to the largest global players – from the Czech Republic to diverse regions worldwide
- Build solutions where machine learning and AI meet intuitive, user-friendly software
- Solve challenges across various domains – from bot detection and anomaly spotting to the latest progress in LLMs and generative AI
- Ensure production-level quality and help shape business and product strategy to drive real results beyond just algorithms
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Fluency in Python combined with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices
- Deep understanding of ML concepts and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks
- Proficiency in AI concepts, including best practices for leveraging Large Language Models
- Familiarity with key AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, xgboost, or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation and analysis, including the ability to visualize and present findings
- Experience turning AI experiments and prototypes into stable, production-ready systems
- Drive to deliver production-level quality outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving and mathematical reasoning skills
- Strong ability to discuss the business value of your technical solutions and contribute to product strategy
