Processing and posting accounts payable invoices;
Handling bank transactions and payment reconciliations;
Managing employee expense reports and travel reimbursements;
Balance sheet reconciliations and month end accounting;
Supporting the VAT tax return preparation;
Supporting the UK and Ireland entities month end accounting;
Assisting the Global Tax Director with junior tax support tasks;
Ad hoc project work supporting the Czech and UK Controllers.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role;
A recognized finance qualification or relevant degree (e.g. accounting, economics, or business);
Solid working knowledge of Czech accounting standards and VAT principles;
Business-level English — you will be collaborating daily with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries;
Experience with ERP or accounting systems; familiarity with NetSuite is an advantage;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders;
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, with strong self-organisation and ownership of your own workload;
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset — we are a scaling business and value people who are eager to develop alongside us;
Previous experience in an international or multi-entity finance environment.
