- Support the recruitment of your future team; lead and support the Payroll Team to ensure engagement, efficiency, and high performance
- Oversee payroll processing for all DC and agency employees
- Ensure compensation and benefits align with local laws, company policies and employee expectations
- Maintain payroll systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency, security, and data integrity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a partner in grievance processes, supporting both managers and employees
- Monitor and report payroll-related KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, and GDPR requirements
- Advise on compensation strategy and train DC management on payroll policies and procedures

- A university degree in a related field is preferred
- Several years of professional experience in payroll management, preferably in a large-scale or international environment
- Proven experience collaborating with external payroll services providers and relevant authorities
- Strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership competences
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Business fluency in Czech and English
