- Your day-to-day activity would be to provide first level IT support to all internal employees of ComAp including EMEA subsidiaries. What does it mean?
- SW installations and licence administration, users’ permissions
- HW maintenance, configuration, repairs within/after guarantee periods, troubleshooting
- Support smart meeting rooms multimedia devices, managed printing/scanning solution and building access solution in CZ offices.
- Participate on classic administrative tasks connected to Microsoft services. An example is managing identities and groups in Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, managing SCCM/InTune endpoint managers, and managing Microsoft 365 services.
- You will be helping our HR with the staff on-boarding and out-boarding in CZ and our EMEA subsidiaries (preparing HW and accessories, access rights, licenses, etc).
- Close cooperation with our global subsidiaries to provide local user support
- The role includes on‑call support every other week, which means being available outside standard working hours for critical incidents

- Relevant experience working as an IT administrator /IT support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365 services
- Good communication skills and the ability to cooperate in a Global Team
- Investigative approach with the problem solving
- Good level of English and communicative Czech/Slovak language
