That's Who We Are: Come and OWN IT.​What's in it for you:Benefits for you and your family to help your physical and mental health.Competitive parental leave and pension contributions (2,5%).25 days holidays per year.Employee benefits to help your physical and mental health and overall wellbeing (Accident, Health and Luggage insurance, discounted services like HP Market, Multisport Card, GS Pharmaceuticals, etc.).A beer allowance to enjoy our brands.Meal vouchers.Employee networks to support diversity and inclusion.Global Bonus.26 weeks paid leave for mothersThe Repack Scheduler will work for the BNFL markets in our Scheduling team, and you will focus on the external re-pack operations at our external suppliers/3rd Party Logistics locations.** Prague-based role focused on the BNFL market, offering strong collaboration and team connectivity on-site.**What will you be doing:Following brewery production, you will be responsible for scheduling repack operations, ensuring customer demand is met by effectively applying our planning tools (O9 + SAP (ERP)).Close stakeholder management with Supply Network Planning, Trade Marketing, Inventory Deployment and Procurement to deliver a sustainable repack production plan.Manage inventory of beer, packaging materials, and finished products at production sites in collaboration with the ID and ATP teams.Support the launch of our tailor made promotions and innovations which drive the growth of our local and global brands.Follow up on the repackers' performance, tracking KPIs, analyzing gaps and fixing root causes.Participate in daily and weekly operational meetings to provide updates and address topics related to repack operations.Opportunity to grow towards an expert role in the position.Single Point of Contact for our repackers and internal stakeholders.Identify and implement opportunities to make our operations and processes more (cost) efficient.As part of the onboarding process, the new joiner will participate in initial training in Leuven within the first months, with possible follow-up sessions depending on individual learning needs. After onboarding, occasional short business trips may be required.What you will bring:Fluency in English. Dutch is highly advantageous and French is considered an asset.Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational Logistics, Supply Chain, or Scheduling environment; knowledge of planning routines is considered a strong advantage.Experience with SAP (Stock Management, Master Data or Supply Modules) or another compatible ERP system.
