Sales Incentive Leadership towards stakeholders (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, IT)
Sales Targets & Territory Assignments process management
Continues Improvement (Requirements Gathering, Testing and Training)
Bonus Incentives cycles support
Anaplan Models Change Management
Anaplan Data Quality for Sales Incentives
Modeling for Sales Incentives calculation and Sales Targets Assignments
Anaplan System Integrations Definition (E.g. Qlik, JDE, Workday)

What you'll need:

University degree and 5+ years of relevant working experience (e.g. FP&A or relevant finance background)
Knowledge in Sales Incentive Processes
Proficiency in English
Advanced analytics, MS Office is a must, Anaplan, Qlik experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, stakeholder management
