About the Role
Join our Smart Infrastructure team as Head of Finance at our growing BusBar Factory in Mohelnice. You’ll lead financial operations, drive strategic planning, and support the factory’s expansion within the Electrification & Automation business. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on performance, innovation, and digital transformation.Your Responsibilities
  • Lead all finance activities with focus on profitability, cash flow, and strategic growth.
  • Partner with the Factory Head to drive operational and financial results.
  • Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Manage the controlling and product costing team, promoting digitalization and standardization.
  • Support investment planning and capacity expansion.
  • Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
Your Profile
  • Several years of experience in finance, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial closing, planning, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SAP and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
  • Leadership skills with integrity, empathy, and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English; Czech/Slovak is a huge plus.
