TM Process Support

Assistance in the implementation of employee development programs, including DCM, MBO, development plans, career paths, and follow-up evaluations.
Support for meetings and activities aimed at organizational development.

TM Module Management

Supervision and management of the TM module within the HR system, ensuring its efficient operation, timely updates, and user support.
Monitoring the integrity of data in the system and resolving any issues.

Program Coordination

Coordination and ensuring unified global TM processes and policies across all company regions.

Analysis and Reporting

Collection and analysis of talent-related data, preparation of regular reports, and support for evaluating goals.

Care and Collaboration within the Company

Maintaining collaboration with regional HR teams, managers, global HR teams, headquarters, and suppliers.

How do we imagine you?

You are interested in HR and are analytically and organizationally capable.
You are meticulous, respect deadlines, and are comfortable communicating across departments.
You have excellent Excel skills and enjoy working with systems.
You are fluent in Czech and English; other languages are an advantage.
