The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAMWorking with the Digital Procurement Lead to build and maintain a best practice digital environment along with design (System & Processes), production and maintenance of key data sources, reports, management information, market intelligence insights & dashboards. Creating, implementing and continuously improving procurement related workflows in a no-code / low-code platform, such as Ivalua.Manage SITA corporate self-service travel tool (s), being the admin of the tools. Be the single point of contact for SITA travellers to answer travel tool and policy related queries. Gather travellers feedback for building continuous improvement plans with the travel management company covering content, UI / UX and processes. Consistently generate travel reports for internal stakeholders.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Assist with the selection, sourcing, implementation and day to day management of in scope procurement tools and operational processes
Design and production of applicable Procurement scope dashboards and reporting
Conducting market research / sourcing market intelligence as required
Analysing procurement related data for trends and opportunities (supplier reduction, savings opportunities etc)
Liaising with central and regional teams on reporting, MI and dashboard requirements and production from a procurement and business partnering perspective.
