- Build and maintain full-stack solutions using React and Node.js (Express or Nest.js).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for ingesting and managing data.
- Work on the end-to-end development of services: from architecture and data layer to frontend components.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot and maintain backend components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and QA throughout the SDLC.
- Create and maintain project documentation and functional specs.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (frontend + backend).
- Experience with React (or similar frontend frameworks).
- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js (Express or Nest.js).
- Familiarity with database design, API development, and best practices for scalable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A collaborative attitude and ability to mentor junior team members.
