- Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.
- Industrial Process: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~3,400; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts.
- Connect and Control Technologies: (Revenue of $0.8B; headcount of ~ 3,800; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.
- Provides comprehensive support to employees, line managers, and management in all areas of human resources management, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Recruitment and Selection: Planning recruitment, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and selection processes, preparing job offers in line with internal policies. Administering data in the iCIMs system.
- Onboarding and Employee Evaluation: Guiding managers through onboarding and evaluation processes, participating in evaluation interviews (end of probation, end of fixed-term contracts), and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Training and Development: Organizing training programs and development activities, supporting employee evaluations, and assessing training effectiveness where required by internal policies.
- Employee Relations: Managing non-standard situations and workplace conflicts, promoting a positive corporate culture aligned with company values, and supporting internal communication. In collaboration with the HR Manager, conducting disciplinary procedures and organizing employee meetings. Designs and implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention with data-driven decision strategy
- HR Administration: Managing personnel records (both physical and digital), preparing payroll documentation, and handling other administrative tasks. Administering employee data in HR and payroll systems, managing employee benefits, and updating data in WorkDay.
- Advisory Role: Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR matters and labor law.
- Reporting: Preparing reports as per deadlines and instructions from superiors.
- Internal Regulations: Regularly reviewing and updating internal policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Workplace Cleanliness and Order: Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Compliance: Performing duties in accordance with occupational health and safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations.
- Other Duties: Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Specific responsibilities within each process are defined in the skills matrix; the employee is accountable for performing tasks in accordance with this matrix.
- Responsible for timely and accurate maintenance of employee documentation – ensuring completeness, currency, and legal compliance.
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data in payroll and attendance systems.
- Responsible for protecting employee personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and internal policies.
- Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business needs
- Responsible for managing company resources prudently, using financial resources efficiently, and minimizing losses.
- Authorized to represent the company in dealings with assigned suppliers.
- Authorized to propose process improvements and cost-saving measures, not limited to HR.
- University degree (or secondary school diploma), preferably in economics.
- Familiarity with labor law, knowledge of the Labor Code and related regulations.
- At least 3 year of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of MS Office tools, especially Excel – including advanced functions such as pivot tables, SAP knowledge is a plus
- Solid knowledge of English is required – minimum proficiency level: B2 or higher.
