Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Project ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesYour main task will be to provide direct support to the project team , including project documentation management, invoicing, logistics management and participation in the coordination of project activities. In addition, you can look forward to cooperation with project management and division management.- Work model: onsiteOrder management and invoicing in SAPLogistics management (export of goods to the EU and third countries, transport of dangerous goods, oversized transport)Processing and issuance of shipping documents (packing list, CMR waybill, commercial invoice)Coordination of project activities (management and preparation of documentation, so-called document controlling)Close cooperation with project management and division managementCommunication within various departments (engineering, purchasing)Communication with suppliers and carriersSolving operational tasks on the projectQualifications for the roleSecondary school/university in economics or technicsUser knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)Experience in a similar position is an advantage • Experience with SAP is an advantageEnglish at better B1 to B2 levelKnowledge of Czech or Slovak languageIndependence, responsibility and critical thinking, ability to focus on detailAbility to proactively solve problems and prevent themAbility to communicate and cooperate in a team • Willingness to travelWhat’s in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
