From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum—including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons— high challenge, high support from mentors and senior leaders.During your rotations, you could work in areas such as:Smoke-Free: Join teams that develop our smoke-free products. Get involved in research and development, analyze markets and customer trends, and help shape product strategy and marketing before products reach our retailers and legal-age customers.Commercial: Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, and see how your work directly impacts our business results.Corporate Functions: Contribute to strategic support areas such as corporate affairs, finance, marketing, people & culture, and strategy.
