Supplier Quality Manager 1

• Disciplinary and functional lead of the PL Quality and Complaint Team (approx. 20%)
• Global development of quality and complaint processes in Procurement and Logistics, including the setup of a Competence Center for Quality in Pilsen in cooperation with the quality departments of the business divisions
• Coordination, coaching and implementation of supplier audits
• Consulting the purchasing department on important complaints and dealing with them personally
• Consulting suppliers on the definition and implementation of improvement measures
• Management of and participation in certification projects and audits, in particular evaluation and corporate implementation of requirements for Procurement and Logistic

• Completed technical or business studies at university or comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management or quality management and preferably with leadership experience
• Proven very good knowledge and experience in complaint and quality management
• Auditor experience, as well as proof of completed auditor training with ISO 19011 certificate and/or quality management representative (QMB), IATF/VDA 6.3 certificate would be an advantage if applicable
• Advanced knowledge in the SAP system, especially QM and MM modules
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Business fluent in German and preferably also knowledge of English
• Strong leadership personality
• Solution-oriented work coupled with persuasiveness and the ability to resolve conflicts
• Willingness to travel for audits and to other WACKER sites, especially Burghausen, Nünchritz
