Job Description & SummaryAbout the teamA career in our Capital projects & Infrastructure team, within Deals Corporate Finance services, offers the opportunity to shape complex, high-impact transactions across multiple stages of a project’s lifecycle in various sectors. We support clients across industries in originating, structuring, executing, and ultimately realising value from their deals—delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that align with their strategic goals.Our team specialises in advising public and private sector clients on financing, delivering, and operating infrastructure projects efficiently and cost-effectively. We provide end-to-end support on procurement strategies, project structuring, financing, and negotiations. With a strong focus on debt advisory, we ensure that financing solutions are tailored to support our clients’ long-term ambitions. We advise clients across various sectors including transport (highways, railways, airports etc.), social infrastructure (hospitals, social housing, senior housing, sport and leisure), real estate and renewable energy infrastructure.We enjoy the language of numbers. However, we also have the opportunity to look beyond the world of economics and finance through frequent collaboration with lawyers and technical advisors.Our regional team works for 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe; however, we spend most of our working hours in Prague.About your managerJan Brázda has been part of PwC for more than fifteen years. He started his career at PwC in a management role in London, specifically in Corporate Finance. He is currently a Partner and leads teams primarily focused on infrastructure projects, public sector and ESG.Job description & summaryThe Role:We are looking for a motivated consultant / fresh graduate to strengthen our Capital Projects & Infrastructure advisory team in Prague. The position is junior but offers potential for future career development and advancement.Top of FormYour responsibilities will be:Supporting senior team members with market research, analytical, and administrative tasks.Development of financial models and preparation of quantitative analyses, business models, and investment evaluations.Active involvement in infrastructure and government advisory projects across the CEE region.Direct communication with various project stakeholders, including exposure to C-level executives.Participation in structuring and securing financing solutions, including bank loans, mezzanine financing, equity investments, and capital market instruments.Collaboration on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including strategic advisory and transaction support.Requirements of the roleUniversity degree.Strong communication skills, reliable and responsible approach to project work.Diligence and attention to detail.Ability to establish and maintain relationships, teamwork skills.Analytical skills and judgment.Aptitude for working with numbers.Fluency in Czech and good command of English.Our Benefits and FunIntensive experience and career growth opportunities.
