Senior IT Specialist (Czech + English)

• Provision of IT operatives (continuous support of the dealer network and end users)
• Participation in IT security in cooperation with the IT Manager
• Opportunities to work on IT projects related to support, security and corporate IT

• Monitoring application performance and uptime through established IT monitoring procedures and methods
• Solving problems and questions received directly by users
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Providing practical support when needed by internal IT or in the dealer network
• Providing individual training to users
• Property management and purchasing
• Provide timely and accurate support for information systems and other supported applications for internal and external users
• Any other ad hoc requests based on management requirements
• Security domain - Participate in the development and maintenance of the safety training program
• Cyber threat identification, evaluation and remediation management
• Monitoring and controlling the approved use of software and the implementation of approved anti-virus and other security-related software
• Security verification
• Information security vulnerability testing and mitigate any discrepancies
• Option to implement solutions based on cyber security strategy
• Ensuring data security, network access and data backup systems
• Performing activities related to maintaining effective security/backup and disaster recovery processes and systems
• Posibilities on Participation in the implementation of software projects (corporate and custom applications).

• Secondary school/university at least 2 years of experience in IT (IT operations, security, IT projects)
• A prerequisite for experience in operational IT (1st&2nd help desk, corporate IT)
• Previous professional knowledge and experience with IT security and/or IT projects are very welcome
• Knowledge of networks, MS technologies, Active Directory, Cisco/Fortinet infrastructure and Hyper-V is an advantage
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, Security+
• Enthusiasm for software and service development
• Good communicative knowledge of English and Czech
• Enthusiasm for software and service development
• Interest in learning new things
