- At least 1 year of implementation or support experience with EPM tools (Anaplan, SAP BPC / SAP IBP/ SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle Hyperion / EPM Cloud, IBM Cognos TM1, Tagetik, OneStream, Board, Pigment etc.)
- Background or general knowledge of business finance and finance processes (e.g. FP&A, controlling, management accounting, etc.)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree ideally in Economic studies or Computer Science/Information Technology
- Customer focus, ability to design & build solutions that fulfill customers' needs
- Proactive approach when completing tasks, sharing ideas, bringing your thoughts to the table
- Skilled in presenting clear, concise recommendations, supported by impactful visuals
- Open, analytical and structured mindset
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills; knowledge of Czech is an advantage
- Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong PowerPoint expertise (structured storytelling, clear slide logic, client ready visuals) and solid Excel fundamentals (formulas, logical thinking, and basic modeling logic)
- Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly valued
- Experience with programming languages or AI tools is an advantage; practical, day to day use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, GPT Codex, Copilot) is preferred
- Quick onboarding into the well-established project team
- Analyzing the current setup and design future shape of business solutions
- Developing powerful Anaplan models to support business planning and strategic decision-making
- Early responsibility and ownership of tasks and deliverables, with support from experienced colleagues
- Participating and actively contributing to client workshops, testing and end-user trainings
- Provide meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the business owner and project team
- Working with the team on internal strategy initiatives, proposals of our services and new project opportunities
