You’ll ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management, and a high standard of service that strengthens relationships and drives customer satisfaction.What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
- Process and track orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee the complaint and return process to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics) to improve processes and systems
- Test and support enhancements to our SAP and online platforms
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- High school diploma or higher education
- Native-level Czech (C2) and good command of English for internal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive approach
- A stable position in an international company with daily use of English
