- Managing end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee training and development, offboarding)
Collaborating and communicating effectively with company management and the headquarters in Germany
Preparing payroll data in close cooperation with an external payroll provider
Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR topics
Setting up and managing employee benefits
Organizing internal events and activities aimed at strengthening company culture and employee satisfactionWe expect you to have:
- Proven experience in HR field, ideally in a HR generalist role. A background in recruitment is a plus
- Very good understanding of Czech labour law: a hands-on experience managing standard HR documentation and ability to process various employee life-cycle situations
- Experience with payroll processing - ability to understand local payroll regulations, gather and validate input data (e.g. absences, bonuses, deductions) for payroll accountants
- Strong English language skills (regular communication with international stakeholders required)
- Independent, detail-oriented, and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude
