- Define and evolve the product vision for orchestrating journeys and real-time triggered campaign capabilities.
- Conduct market analyses to identify high-impact features, use cases, and competitive differentiation grounded in measurable outcomes
- Align stakeholders (engineering, design, GTM, partners) around strategic objectives and delivery timelines.
- Translate complex, real-world marketing workflows into abstracted, reusable platform components (e.g., API triggers, decision nodes, data filters)
- Define API contracts, payload schema requirements, and data validation logic
- Partner with engineering to ensure performance and scalability of high-throughput event-based triggers
- Collaborate with technical teams to make informed trade-offs between functional needs (e.g., trigger frequency, payload size) and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, throughput, reliability, cost)
- Partner with engineering, design, and product marketing teams to ship high-quality, customer-centric features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive interface that simplifies the creation of multi-step, multi-channel campaigns
- Enable go-to-market teams by articulating product value propositions and supporting launch strategies.
- 5+ years in product management, preferably with a focus on marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, or related event driven platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, real time event processing, data schemas, and scalable system design
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, data segmentation, and personalization techniques
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical depth and business outcomes
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance product functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality products.
- Background in marketing technology or customer experience platforms.
