About the jobAs a Medical Engagement Manager, you'll play a vital role in developing and implementing the local medical strategy for a first-in-class therapy in Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). Drive key pre-launch medical activities to ensure a successful local launch in collaboration with Commercial, Public Affairs and Market Access.
Identify local evidence gaps and drive the execution of local evidence generation plans.
Lead the development of patient pathways/journeys and support solutions to improve patient experience and outcomes.
Support the design of screening and monitoring strategies leveraging partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem.
Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute a broad stakeholder engagement strategy.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the Healthcare landscape and drive scientific community consensus.
Execute state-of-the-art, multi-factorial stakeholder engagement leveraging Omnichannel approaches.
Stay up-to-date on developments in the T1D therapy area and provide current disease and product knowledge to internal and external customers.

About you

Experience: Pharmaceutical industry experience, particularly in medical affairs. Experience in communication with medical authorities, hospitals, physicians/specialists, and KOLs especially in the area of diabetology will be considered a plus. Knowledge of screening activities and interpretation of scientific data.
Soft and Technical skills: Excellent communicator and presenter. Strategic, target-oriented, and results-driven. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Efficient in managing resources and workload. Confident and mature demeanor.
Education: Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD)
Languages: Fluent Czech and excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
