Together, we shape the evolution.The OpportunityWe are looking for a proactive Application Support Specialist to join our team in České Budějovice. You will manage bank statements, monitor payment systems, and resolve partner issues. The ideal candidate is responsible, analytical, and eager to learn.If you're proactive, organized and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you!Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Processing bank and partner statements
Handling non-standard situations with partners (banks, payment method providers)
Processing bank notifications
Monitoring the payment system
Checking and optimizing operational reports
