Lead end-to-end design for web-based products and experiences, from concept to delivery.
Design and maintain responsive websites, product pages, and interactive tools tailored to technical audiences (e.g., engineers, procurement teams).
Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that support lead generation, product education and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with UX researchers and data analysts to integrate findings into cohesive design strategies and user interface improvements.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure seamless implementation.
Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization, with focus on B2B user journeys.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth and design culture.
Stay current with design trends, tools, semiconductor industry standards, and digital technologies.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or technical industry with corporate or enterprise setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and user-centered solutions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience mentoring junior designers or leading small teams.
Familiarity with global web standards and localization practices.
Understanding of SEO and performance optimization principles.
Experience or familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is highly desirable.
