- Creating cost estimates for projects of all types of commercial real estate
- Participation in all phases of the project of various types of buildings in terms of their preparation and implementation
- Cooperation in the preparation and evaluation of tenders for suppliers
- Independent price management of projects during the construction process
- Continuous cost reporting and direct communication with the end client throughout the project
- There will also be cooperation with other teams within the company
- Cooperation with other members of the cost management team on the ongoing creation of our price database
- A university degree in construction is essential for this job
- At least 2 years of experience with cost management and/or budgeting or preparation in the field of civil engineering
- You are familiar with the bill of quantities and project documentation
- English at least at level B2 both written and spoken
- Czech language at level of native speaker
- You are excellent at MS Office and you are proficient in AutoCAD
- You are organized, systematic and diligent
- You are positive and enjoy working both independently and in a team
