- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment across teams for data integrity, investment decisions, and project prioritization.
- Manage Executive Engagement: Lead steering committees and provide program updates to senior leadership.
- Enhance Processes & Tools: Deploy and improve business intelligence tools and supply chain processes.
- Ensure Project Excellence: Oversee project prioritization, execution, and compliance with PMO standards.
- Develop “To-Be” vision for global supply chain transformation.
- Align strategic projects with business and supply chain goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Design and implement streamlined processes and fit-for-purpose tools.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and benefits realization.
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain
- 3+ years in a similar transformation or program management role
- Project Management Certification
- Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Lean Certification (advantage)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Proven leadership in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and drive results
