Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe employment contract is conducted via our vendor in service for temporary employees for 12 months initially, with the intention to prolong.Flexibility to travel within the Czech Republic (approx. 50-75%).Medical Education Partner is a member of the Medical Team in Roche Diagnostics Division who participates in, contributes and executes the local medical initiatives/ activities/ projects to support the medical strategy for assigned diagnostic markers in the Czech Republic.The OpportunityPerforms the company’s medical education program/ trainings/ lectures about medical value of Roche Diagnostics Markers towards Clinicians and Health Care Professionals („HCPs“)Develops and cultivates the relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts/ Key Opinion Leaders/ other Clinicians/ Health Care Professionals/ Stakeholders and visits them individually on regular basis as the follow up of medical education programs to discuss the medical value of Roche markers in detailsIdentifies and addresses the relevant medical needs in clinical practice and supports optimal usage of Roche Diagnostics MarkersContributes to internal medical trainings dedicated for assigned Roche TeamsReviewing and approving the medical content of Roche Diagnostics educational and promotional materials/ online campaigns/ presentationsParticipates in organization of Roche Scientific Symposia/ Medical Lectures done by External SpeakersContributes to developing and executing Scientific Advisory BoardsResponds to requests for information about On-Label/ Off-Label uses of Roche Diagnostics MarkersSupports the running of Investigator Initiated Studies/ Scientific Knowledge Exchange/ Research Data CommunicationsBe aligned with local Regulatory and Quality Team and maintains all activities within good promotional practice, compliance and MedTech Code rulesLiaison and cooperation with all relevant functions at Roche Diagnostics (local, regional, global)Contributes to the achievement of the company objectivesWho You AreUniversity Degree in Medicine (preferred), Pharmacy, Biomedicine or SciencesExperience in a similar position in Pharma or Diagnostics industry or working experience as a medical doctor or a pharmacist or a worker in clinical researchExperience of writing medical text and delivery of medical education presentationsStrong ability to identify clinician customer needs and translate them into educational programs & action plansExcellent presentation and communication skillsConceptual & structured working styleFlexibility & capability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood organizational skills, high degree of accuracyCustomer orientationRelationships with external KOLs in Health Care IndustrySound knowledge of the Czech Diagnostics and Healthcare MarketFluent in Czech and English language (spoken and written)Other languages are an advantageWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
