We are looking for an HR VIE Coordinator who will provide support to the FIS Europe Division, and who will be based in Mlada Bolelsav, Czech Republic.The Main Missions Of The Role Are:
The role of the HR VIE Coordinator is to support the Talent and Organisation Development Team in the coordination of VIE population, Talent and Organisation Development processes and projects in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:
- Support VIE life cycle activities
- Promote VIE program within Forvia and during external event
- Federate VIE community and be HR contact for VIE issues
- Support Talent & Organization Development (TOD) team with key HR processes (Recruitment, People Review, STAR, Function Dev journeys etc)
- Lead VIE RISING EAST Initiative to promote the VIE program in East Europe
- Other topics related to the needs of talent and organisation development managers team
- Master's Degree with a specialisation in HR
- A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
- International mind set
- Good interpersonal skills
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
