If you are passionate about financial data and instruments, and eager to grow your career in a supportive and innovative environment, we would love to hear from you!Your impact at NNOur Master Data Management Team is on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Management Operations Specialist. You'll be helping us manage financial instruments and party data, ensuring we stay on top of daily compliance and regulatory reporting for our proprietary assets.
Our team is made up of operational analysts and specialists who handle the day-to-day data operations that support Finance, Compliance, Risk, and other key stakeholders.
In this role, you'll be responsible for tasks like setting up financial instruments and legal parties in our internal systems to ensure our financial and risk reporting is spot on. If you have an interest in financial instruments and regulatory frameworks within the insurance sector, you'll fit right in! Plus, you'll get to contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, all while keeping a strong focus on client needs and data integrity.The tasks you will perform

Execute daily operational tasks related to the setup and maintenance of financial instruments and parties.
Maintain and validate static data in core systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Cross-check data between internal platforms and external sources so everything lines up.
Spot gaps, fix them and pitch ideas that make workflows leaner.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure data readiness and resolve data quality issues.
Support regulatory disclosures and compliance reporting for proprietary assets.
Manage assigned tasks independently, ensuring deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy.
Document what you do so the team can follow.
Maintain strong client focus and uphold high standards of customer care.
Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

The knowledge and experience you bring

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
Up to 2 years in financial ops or data management—internships count.
Basic know-how of financial instruments, such as bonds, loans, and derivatives.
Eagle-eye for detail and cool under deadlines.
Proactive, curious and ready to level up processes.
Fluent English to chat with anyone in the business.
Solid PC and data-system skills.

How we hireAfter reviewing your application, including your CV in English, you will receive a short phone call from Erika (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to discuss basic details about your previous work experience and the open position. If everything goes well, we will meet twice in total. The first round will preferably be a face-to-face meeting at our office (or on-line) with Alena (Hiring Manager) and Erika. In the second round, you will meet few of our colleagues from the Netherlands.
