- SOFA (Software Factory): Designs the tools, patterns, pipelines, and infrastructure that enable conversational bot development.
- CPS (Copilot Studio): Builds conversational bots for business use cases, combining low-code and high-code approaches.
- Power Platform: Acts as the centre of excellence for Power Platform governance, enablement, and maturity within KBC.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and standardized architectural designs.
- Define and maintain architectural patterns, infrastructure templates, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as the ADAM, the Public Cloud team, the .NET team, and others to align on architecture, security, and integration.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure smooth implementation of business cases.
- Contribute to the design of the developer experience: tooling, workspace setup, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards.
- Act as a consultant and coach to other teams within the GenAI & Power Solutions team.

- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions
- A proactive, coaching mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
