- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s business strategy and delivering on revenue growth and satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans, with a focus on growth opportunities and cost-efficiency improvements.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.
- Conduct customer business reviews, addressing customer concerns and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on account performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, and develop plans to address areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to drive collaboration and enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead customer retention initiatives, working with customers to provide solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Acquisition of new customers and business development on current customers portfolio
- Daily support of existing clients in relevant region to secure business continuity
- Development of existing relations with clients, verification of quality and high level of the service
- Maintain relationships at appropriate levels with customers - understand customer needs and priorities through regular dialog
- Negotiate commercial terms with customers
- Review regularly revenue and profit for customers versus target
- Review performance of customers versus KPIs for global Account control and progress with audits for Account portfolio
- Maintain a 100% accurate sales funnel within Sales Force CRM at all time
- Cooperation with other teams to fulfil clients’ needs and deliver high quality service
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in managing sales of services to large organizations with complex decision making processes (Hunter profile)
- Existing client portfolio and senior relationships in Czech Republic / Slovakia within FMCG sectors
- Proven success in delivering challenging sales targets
- Proven record of contribution towards business strategy
- Excellent presentation skills • High negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and influencing skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM / Salesforce literacy and numerical skills
- Driving license B Category
- Fluency in English and Czech language
