Supplier Quality Specialist Senior

- Change management, training activities and consultation for quality, supplier quality management related topics incl. evaluation 8D reports, HACCP, etc.
- Improvement of complaint management processes and implementation
- Partially audit planning, conduction and report filing
- Organization, planning and coordination of audit management processes for suppliers and permanent improvement of the processes
- Monitoring and reporting of quality relevant KPI's
- Verification and maintenance of document management, e.g. Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Monitoring/ supporting internal projects/ tasks and representing the Procurement organization in committees (e.g. Feed/Food/Pharma, HACCP)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, natural/environmental science or a comparable qualification
- 5 years' work experience in quality/complaint management, preferably, with focus on supplier quality management / supplier quality engineering
- Experience and advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP, preferably SAP QM and SAP MM
- Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems and normative requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 16949, IATF, HACCP)
- Auditor experience
- Accuracy and ability to summarize complex technical issues in simple words
- Fluent in written and spoken German and, preferably, English
- Team player with very empathic communication skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel to plant sites in Germany and to supplier locations (e.g. for audits)
