
E-learning & IT Compliance Specialist (f/m/d)

- Your main task is the creation of e-learnings by transforming training content with the use of an authoring tool.
- You will technically roll out the e-learnings to the employees of the Deutsche Börse Group using the training platform SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- You will support users answering technical inquiries
- You will be responsible for the quarterly and ad-hoc reporting regarding the provided e-learnings
- You deliver data to back up answers to frequent audits
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts during the creation of the content, get an understanding of the topics and align the design
- You will advise on how to structure and present the content best for an easy learning experience
- You support to continuously optimize the e-learning creation, rollout and reporting process
- (Support) execution of 2nd line IT Compliance controls includind documentation
- Support in preparation and execution of yearly required IT Compliance Risk Analysis including documentation
- Tracking / follow-up of findings, remediation actions
- Support the organization and operation of the compliance function in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, and reporting to external and internal stakeholders
- Completed academic degree in Business, Economics or Technology
- At least 3 years experience in finance or IT industry
- Excellent design skills and creativity
- Very good communication (incl. senior management) and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive - ability to tackle challenges as they arise
- Fluent in business English (German as an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar learning management platforms
- Experience with an authoring software for e-learnings (e.g. iSpring or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service as an asset
- Understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory compliance requirements and associated risks
