For further information, please visit the following link: https://www.civiweb.com/ and http://careers.faurecia.com/job-offersPLEASE NOTE: your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.Your position and environment?Our HR - North & East cluster is looking for a Human Resources VIE in Mladá Boleslav in Czech republic.The role of the Human Resources VIE is to support the HRD in multiple projects and areas. The main missions of the role are to:
  • Support management team in the building and deployment of plants EE strategy by coaching of Supervisor and GAP Leader & conducting workshops.
  • Act as EE referent for East & North perimeter & encourage good practices sharing.
  • Assist the HRD in collecting information and preparing reports for month-end figures and follow up indicators.
  • Assist the HRD in all controlling matters (Forecast, budget…)
  • Participate and lead ad-hoc projects according to business needs.
Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Master degree with a specialisation in HR or engineering
  • A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment
  • Familiar with HR Information systems (reporting) as well as MS office
  • Excellent interpersonal and planning skills, pro-activeness
  • Tenacity and focus on details
  • Fluent in English & in a slavic language
