So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.THE ROLEYou'll be a member of our Fusion product team - an industry-first self-service, autonomous storage platform that delivers a consistent management experience across Pure's portfolio. You'll help develop key components that advance our Modern Data Experience, empowering customers to deploy, provision, consume, and manage storage as a flexible pooled resource across our products.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an early team member, you'll have the opportunity to shape core capabilities of the platform. You will design and build automation and service delivery features for our storage platform.Your work may include:

Developing resilient distributed control systems
Creating and maintaining API libraries
Building declarative / intent-based policy management engines
Implementing scalable transactional processing
Integrating with products such as FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Pure1
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience across all phases of the software product lifecycle (concept, product definition, MVP, launch, mature product support)
Proficiency in Go or Java, with openness to working in Go, Java, Python, and optionally Angular
Background in enterprise environments, cloud providers, or managing large public/private cloud deployments will be a great advantage
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively across teams and roles
Comfort working in an open office/team environment
