- Gathering and documenting functional requirements from stakeholders
- Performing analysis and critical data mapping using SQL
- Contributing to data quality checks and bug fixing
- Translating functional requirements into the data model to ensure accurate reporting
- Following up on development and testing to ensure alignment with functional requirements
- Analyzing errors during the testing phase
- Flexible, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with regulatory reporting (e.g., FinRep, CoRep)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Previous experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- 2-4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with ETL, data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and testing (not mandatory but a plus)
