Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced consultant to support our IT Operations teams in service performance analysis, quality improvement, and management reporting. You will work in a dynamic international environment, contributing to process optimization and delivering insights to senior leadership.What You Will Do:
  • Analyse operational data including KPIs, trends, incidents, and audit findings.
  • Identify pain points and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare professional presentations and reports for C‑level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with IT Operations, Quality Management, Monitoring, and Service Management teams.
  • Support audit preparation and ITIL process optimization activities.
What We Expect:
  • Strong background in IT Operations and solid knowledge of ITIL.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and data analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and create impactful executive‑level presentations.
  • Consulting mindset: autonomy, structured thinking, clear and effective communication.
  • Experience working in international environments.
  • Availability for B2B freelance cooperation (IČO)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with RFP processes.
  • Experience with Major incident coordination.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, monitoring tools, or AIOps.
  • Exposure to cloud or multi‑vendor operational environments.
