Senior IT auditor position in Komerční banka (KB), part of an international team of experienced experts. We are responsible for covering the IS/IT risks of all the Société Générale (SG) entities within CEE region. Our role is crucial for the proper direction of the SG Group and is of increasing importance, taking into the account dynamic developments in the banking area, arising emergent risks, the expectations of the regulator and the public, and upcoming legislation.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior IT auditor, you will be responsible for the operational management of audit missions in the IS/IT area. The topics include IT governance and strategy, information security, alignment of IT and business targets, Agile deliveries, application development and digital transformation, IT operations and business continuity, among others.Key activities within the audit missions include:

ICT risk assessment
Execution of audit tests based on professional standards
Analysis of and making recommendations on current processes, to improve them and mitigate risks
Preparation of final audit reports and presenting the results to management
Responsibility for team coordination and colleague
Apart from those activities listed above you will also participate in audit plan preparation, follow up the implementation measures to resolve identified issues, and more generally both share and enrich your skills within the broad global community of IS/IT auditors in SG Group.

Required and desirable skills

At least 4-year experience, preferably in the area of IT audit in a Big 4 or financial institution
Good knowledge of the main bank risks, audit standards, methodologies and activities within your scope (IT governance and security)
Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP or similar are an advantage
Very good analytical skills, diligence, and a passion for the tasks assigned
High level of integrity
Ability to support the team as a team member along with knowing when to step up and take responsibility by yourself
To be able to quickly adapt to new environments with a desire for self-development
Very good communication skills and ability to interact with company management and stakeholders on different levels (ranging from technical meetings with an analysts up to CIO status meetings)
To be able to communicate in Czech/Slovak and English on a daily basis, to be able to present and write audit reports in English
To be willing to travel if needed to fulfil your tasks in other SG entities, mainly within Europe
