Junior Supply Chain Operational Specialist

• Manage inbound inventory and coordinate incoming shipments, ensuring smooth product flow into the warehouse
• Handle outbound operational requests and support the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team
• Manage packaging materials, including monthly and ad hoc packaging orders as well as care label management
• Conduct weekly quality control checks on product samples, including capacity testing and product verification
• Inspect and review samples received in the Prague office and document any quality issues
• Communicate quality findings and collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve issues
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations

• Initial experience in operations, logistics, production, or supply chain (internships also welcome)
• Advanced Excel skills and a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Interest in textiles, fashion, garment industry, production processes, and/or product quality
• Fluency in Czech and English
