Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers, including healthcare professionals, pharmacies, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Present and demonstrate medical products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
Gather feedback from clients and relay insights to the team for product development or improvement.
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with medical products, devices, or services is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
Valid driver’s license
Customer-focused mindset.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
Czech language is must
